Custom Order
Terms and Conditions

If you are interested in a custom order, please fill out the form on our website to the best of your ability or contact us at SadaveenaPlants@gmail.com with the subject line "Custom Order." Upon receiving your information, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss project details and gather additional information.

You can provide your own materials and supplies for your custom order, such as fabrics and pots. During the project discussion, we will require photos and measurements of these materials. Please note that not all materials and supplies are suited for our process, and some may require extra work, resulting in additional charges. An in-person inspection will be required to ensure compatibility with our process before final confirmation. The inspection will be scheduled during the project discussion. Provided materials can reduce the cost of the project but will not exceed a 40% reduction of the total project cost (subject to the in-person material inspection).

For custom orders, there is an additional 20% charge for items of similar style and size as listed on our website. The price for other styles and sizes will be quoted based on project specifications.

After the project discussion, you will receive a final quote for your order. If you are providing your own materials, you will receive the final quote before the in-person material inspection, with the condition that the final quote is subject to change based on the condition of the materials and supplies.

To initiate the process for custom orders, a first payment of 55% of the final product quote is required. Upon completion, you will receive a notification and have the option to review the final product before accepting it. The remaining 45% of the product cost must be paid before the product can be delivered to you. If the product is not accepted, Sadaveena reserves the right to use, modify, and sell the product.

Due to the customized production process, delivery of the final product typically takes 4 to 5 weeks. This timeframe begins after the first payment of 70% of the final product quote and the receipt of your provided materials and supplies (if applicable), whichever is later. Delivery duration may vary according to the product.
