DELIVERY INFORMATION & POLICY

At Sadaveena, we strive to ensure your unique fabric plant sculptures are delivered to you swiftly and safely. Please review our delivery information and policy below:

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is ready, we will prepare it for shipping and notify you via email.

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Fee: A shipping fee of $10 applies per each item for all orders across the United States.

  • Delivery Time: After processing, please allow additional time for delivery. Shipping times may vary based on your location but typically range from 3-7 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Details: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.

RETURNS

We make every piece by hand with love and care. All orders are final sale and cannot be returned. However, we do allow exchanges in special cases.

FAULTY ITEM

We have a strict quality check at our studio; however, if you receive a faulty item, please write to us at SadaveenaPlants@gmail.com or respond to your confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving the package. Sadaveena reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise if it does not meet our requirements. Once the item is returned to us in its original packaging with tags intact, we will ship out the replacement.

EXCHANGE

As per company policy, we offer an exchange for a similar item of equal value. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/return will not be accepted. Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. In case of an exchange, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the items back to our studio, which amounts to $10 or 15% of the item cost (whichever is higher).
